You can withdraw your wallet balance at any time through the app. Please note:

2. Booking Cancellation by User (Renter)

If you, as a renter, need to cancel a confirmed booking, the following refund policy applies:

  • 50% of the booking amount will be paid to the spot owner as compensation
  • 50% of the booking amount will be refunded to your wallet
  • 10% platform fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total
