1. Wallet Balance & Withdrawals
1.1 Adding Funds to Wallet
Users can add funds to their Parqcar wallet using various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment options. Once funds are added to your wallet, they can be used for booking parking spots or withdrawn back to your account.
1.2 Withdrawal Policy
You can withdraw your wallet balance at any time through the app. Please note:
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days
- Transaction fees may apply depending on your withdrawal method and amount
- Processing fees charged by payment processors or banks are the responsibility of the user
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 500 PKR
- Standard withdrawal fee: 2% of withdrawal amount (minimum 50 PKR)
1.3 Wallet Balance Refunds
If you wish to close your account, any remaining wallet balance can be withdrawn following the standard withdrawal process outlined above. Please ensure all pending bookings are completed or cancelled before requesting account closure.
2. Booking Cancellation by User (Renter)
2.1 Standard Cancellation Policy
If you, as a renter, need to cancel a confirmed booking, the following refund policy applies:
Refund Breakdown:
- 50% of the booking amount will be paid to the spot owner as compensation
- 50% of the booking amount will be refunded to your wallet
- 10% platform fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total
2.2 Example Scenario
Booking Amount: 1,000 PKR
- Platform Fee (10%): 100 PKR (non-refundable)
- Remaining Amount: 900 PKR
- To Spot Owner: 450 PKR (50% of remaining)
- Refunded to You: 450 PKR (50% of remaining)
2.3 Cancellation Timeframe
This cancellation policy applies regardless of when you cancel the booking. However, we encourage users to cancel as early as possible to minimize inconvenience to spot owners.
2.4 No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your confirmed booking and do not cancel in advance:
- No refund will be issued
- The spot owner will receive 100% of the booking amount (minus platform fee)
- Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions
3. Booking Cancellation by Spot Owner
3.1 Owner Cancellation Policy
If a spot owner cancels a confirmed booking, we prioritize protecting the renter's interests:
Renter Protection:
- 100% of the booking amount will be refunded to the renter
- 10% platform fee will also be refunded to the renter
- Total refund: 110% of the original payment
3.2 Owner Penalty
To discourage cancellations by spot owners and compensate for inconvenience:
- The spot owner will be charged a penalty fee
- Penalty amount: 15% of the total amount refunded to the user
- This penalty is automatically deducted from the owner's wallet or future earnings
- Frequent cancellations may result in account suspension
3.3 Example Scenario
Original Booking: 1,000 PKR (paid by renter)
- Amount Refunded to Renter: 1,100 PKR (100% booking + 10% platform fee)
- Penalty Charged to Owner: 165 PKR (15% of 1,100 PKR)
- Platform absorbs: The difference to ensure fair compensation
3.4 Valid Reasons for Owner Cancellation
While we discourage cancellations, we understand emergencies happen. Valid reasons include:
- Property emergency (damage, flooding, etc.)
- Safety concerns
- Legal or regulatory issues
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond control
Owners should contact support immediately if they need to cancel due to emergency situations. We may waive penalties on a case-by-case basis.
4. Payment Disputes
4.1 Dispute Resolution
If you have a payment dispute or believe you are entitled to a refund not covered by this policy:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of the incident
- Provide relevant evidence (photos, messages, booking details)
- We will review your case within 2-3 business days
- Our decision will be final and binding
4.2 Fraudulent Activities
Any attempts to manipulate the refund system or engage in fraudulent activities will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Forfeiture of wallet balance
- Potential legal action
5. Refund Processing Time
5.1 To Wallet
Refunds to your Parqcar wallet are processed immediately upon cancellation. The funds will be available in your wallet instantly and can be used for future bookings or withdrawn.
5.2 To Original Payment Method
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method instead of your wallet:
- Request must be submitted through the app or support team
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Bank processing time may add 2-5 additional days
- Additional processing fees may apply
6. Platform Fees
6.1 Standard Platform Fee
Parqcar charges a 10% platform fee on all completed bookings. This fee covers:
- Payment processing
- Platform maintenance and development
- Customer support
- Transaction security and insurance
6.2 Fee Refundability
In most cases, the 10% platform fee is non-refundable. However, exceptions include:
- Owner-initiated cancellations (fee is refunded to renter)
- Platform errors or technical issues on our end
- Cases where we determine the booking should not have been charged
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Extreme Weather or Natural Disasters
In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions:
- Both renters and owners may cancel without penalties
- Full refunds (including platform fees) will be issued
- Proof of circumstances may be required
7.2 Safety Concerns
If you feel unsafe or encounter issues with a parking spot:
- Contact our support team immediately
- Document the issue with photos/videos if possible
- We may issue a full refund if safety concerns are verified
8. Partial Refunds
8.1 Early Departure
If you leave a parking spot earlier than your booked time:
- No partial refunds are automatically issued
- Contact support if you left significantly earlier (e.g., left 12 hours into a 24-hour booking)
- Partial refunds are granted at our discretion based on circumstances
8.2 Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your booked parking spot:
- Your booking time remains as originally scheduled
- No refund for unused time due to late arrival
- Spot owners are not obligated to extend your booking
9. Promotional Credits & Discounts
9.1 Promotional Balance
Promotional credits, referral bonuses, or discounts applied to bookings:
- Are non-refundable
- Cannot be withdrawn from wallet
- Will not be refunded if booking is cancelled
- Expire according to their specific terms

- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our fair use principles
