Download the Parqcar app from the App Store or Google Play, then tap "Sign Up" and follow the simple registration process. You'll need a valid email address.
Open the app, browse available spots on the map or list view, select your preferred spot, choose your date and time, then tap "Book" to confirm your reservation.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also add funds to your in-app wallet for faster checkout.
Go to the Map tab, tap on your location to add a new spot, fill in the details (name, price, description, availability), and submit. Your spot will be visible to all users once approved.
Yes, you can cancel bookings through the app. Go to your booking history, select the booking, and tap "Cancel". Cancellation policies vary depending on timing and the spot owner's settings.
Earnings are credited to your in-app wallet after each completed booking. You can withdraw funds to your linked bank account at any time. A small platform fee applies to each transaction.
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing through Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.
